• CodX – Streamlining the start: 
  Roland Bigler, CEO of CodX guided us through the early stages—from incoming registration and the management of physical objects (such as keys and 3D items) to integrating tracking apps (Post, FedEx, DHL) and pre-sorting techniques for seamless interaction with sorting machines. 
   

• Arcplace – Operational excellence: 
  Roger Egli, Head of Professional Services at Arcplace detailed how physical document receipt transitions to high-efficiency scanning, pagination, and quality assurance using OPEX and Bluelist technologies. 
   

• TCG Process – Workflow Mastery: 
  Martin Busl, Geschäftsleitung Schweiz at TCG Informatik AG introduced Primus, a no-code workflow platform that simplifies process modeling and orchestration. This session showcased how businesses can quickly adapt workflows and respond to changing needs. 
   

• Parashift – AI-Driven innovations: 
  Alain Veuve, CEO and Founder of Parashift demonstrated the Parashift advanced capabilities in AI document separation, classification, and extraction. By leveraging artificial intelligence supported by LLMs, we proved that the entire mailroom, even unstructured documents can be processed with ease and exceptional precision. 

2) Real-Time Visual Storytelling 

One of the standout moments was the live graphic recording, which captured our collaborative process in real time. The on-screen illustration served as both a visual roadmap for the attendees and a powerful symbol of how strategic partnerships bring clarity and spur innovation in complex processes. 

3) Interactive Q&A and Networking 

The event concluded with an engaging Q&A session, where partners and participants exchanged ideas on critical topics such as security, compliance, digital transformation, and future trends.
