From Junior to Mid-Level: Berkay & Florian take on new roles at Parashift admin Company August 4, 2025 At Parashift, we celebrate growth – especially when it’s as clear and well-earned as in the case of Berkay Demirbilek and Florian Karrer. Both are stepping out of their junior roles and are now taking on mid-level responsibilities in Customer Success Management. Growth at Parashift isn’t assigned – it evolves Customer Success at Parashift isn’t a fixed role. It’s a dynamic, evolving space. Those who take initiative, embrace responsibility, build expertise, and cultivate real customer relationships naturally grow into new challenges. That’s exactly what Berkay and Florian have done over the past months and years – step by step, with dedication, clarity, and growing independence. Florian Karrer – Technical problem-solver with an all-rounder mindset Florian (in the center of the picture) has been part of Parashift since 2021 and has grown from the role of Validator to Junior Delivery Specialist and now to Mid-Level Customer Success Manager. Alongside his role at Parashift, he’s pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics at FHNW, managing the demanding mix of studies and a highly active part-time position with an amazing consistency. What sets him apart: strong technical intuition, a keen sense for customer needs, and the ability to solve complex challenges with practical clarity. Outside of work, Florian is up for any kind of sport – tennis, golf, running, or whatever new discipline crosses his path. And: once famous for his near-legendary cola consumption, he’s now drinking… sometimes water. That, too, is what we call progress. Berkay Demirbilek – Strategic thinker with clever precision Berkay (on the right in the picture) joined Parashift in April 2024, bringing with him a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business & Economics, plus valuable internship experience at Deutsche Bank and Henkel. At Henkel, he worked in brand and sales strategy, while at Deutsche Bank he was directly involved in customer service – a background that still helps him today in understanding client needs with clarity and empathy. What makes him stand out? In addition to his strategic mindset, it’s his clever precision: As an experienced martial artist, Berkay brings not only discipline, but also calm, focus, and the ability to stay centered – qualities that are worth their weight in gold in complex customer projects. And internally? He’s long become our unofficial Customer Success Balance Master. Always helpful, always friendly, always ready with a dry one-liner. The team likes him so much that they would prefer to appoint him as the official Feel Good Manager for onboarding by default.
