When asked about what led Berkay to Parashift, he shared, “My interest in innovative technologies and AI was the primary driver. It’s not just about using AI but using it in combination with the right technologies and in the right area of your business to achieve success.” His passion for leveraging technology to drive business success aligns perfectly with Parashift’s mission, making him a valuable addition to our team.

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, his role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers’ journey with Parashift is seamless and successful. “I’m responsible for onboarding new customers and making sure we meet their needs by working closely with different departments like Sales or the Product Development Team,” he explains. This interdisciplinary approach ensures that Parashift not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.
Why Parashift? Looking towards a bright future
Reflecting on Parashift’s journey and future prospects, he is optimistic about the company’s path. “In the six years since its founding, Parashift has acquired many customers from different industries and countries. Our product is already very good, but we’re constantly striving for excellence.
