The former CEO of Swiss Post Solutions, Frank Marthaler strengthens the Board of Directors of Parashift and supports the Swiss deep-tech company with his expertise, specifically in its growth strategy.

On March 22, 2022, the Board of Directors of Parashift AG appointed a new member: Frank Marthaler, a specialist in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and document management, has been recruited.
Frank Marthaler has distinct experience in consulting startups and companies through his various professional stations. In addition, he already holds different board mandates, including at Posti (Finnish postal service) and Aletsch Bahnen.
Previously, Frank Marthaler was a member of the Executive Board of Swiss Post, where he was responsible for identifying and developing areas of innovation. In 2007, he turned this into the foundation of the Swiss Post Solutions Group unit. Under his leadership, SPS has become the most prominent document management BPO provider in Switzerland and one of the ten most significant globally. Frank Marthaler thus brings with him a wealth of expertise in the BPO industry.
As a member of Parashift’s Board of Directors, Frank Marthaler will be able to contribute his many years of experience and help Parashift to increase its footprint in the market and thus focus specifically on the new growth stage.
